About the Position

The Polish Community & Marketing Manager will serve as a Swiss‑army‑knife for community growth and local marketing, working alongside the Polish Country Manager and Influencer Marketing Managers. Your mission is to build HOLY’s presence in the Polish market from the ground up and drive the next phase of hyper‑growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage community channels across key platforms in Poland.
• Grow the HOLY Squad through community initiatives and stellar customer service.
• Collaborate with creators to develop fresh, local content for social campaigns (UGC sourcing).
• Translate and adapt global content with a distinct Polish touch.
• Co‑ordinate with the central marketing team to launch successful campaigns.

About You

• Native Polish speaker with excellent English proficiency.
• Deep connection to Polish culture and strong understanding of the market.
• Creative skill in translating global content into Polish while maintaining brand voice.
• Passionate about building communities and crafting engaging experiences.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to juggle multiple projects.
• Proactive mindset and drive to help build something amazing.
• Based in Berlin or open to relocating.
