Compliance and Risk Management Module Expert

Job Location:

Dusseldorf, Germany

Main Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with privacy protection and risk management experts to develop regional cybersecurity and user privacy compliance and risk control systems for new businesses and industries.
2. Establish country-level security, privacy compliance, and risk governance policies, regulations, risk maps, and guides; organize regional self-checks, crisis drills, inspections, and improve regional cybersecurity and privacy protection organizations.
3. Manage requirements for cybersecurity and user privacy protection compliance of new businesses as directed by HQ. Promote and monitor KPI-based handling mechanisms.
4. Enhance cybersecurity awareness among employees of new business departments and supervise their professional skills development in cybersecurity and privacy protection.
5. Organize proactive reviews and special inspections on cybersecurity and privacy protection for regional offices and business units.
6. Oversee cybersecurity compliance in countries and support CSPOs in fulfilling compliance responsibilities.
7. Support key cybersecurity risk management projects within the European Representative Office.

Requirements:

1. At least 2 years of experience in cybersecurity and privacy governance; experience in digital energy, cloud, or AI R&D industries is advantageous.
2. International certifications such as CIPP/E, CIPM, and CIPT.
3. Strong knowledge of privacy standards, laws, and governance frameworks.
4. Understanding of business processes across departments.
5. Ability to interpret and implement external regulations.
6. Excellent English communication skills; additional European languages or Chinese are advantageous.
