Job Summary:
Together with the Compliance/CSR team, you form a staff unit that reports directly to the CEO. You are responsible for the implementation of and adherence to compliance requirements. Internally and externally, your team will act as a central point of contact for compliance-related issues and ensure compliance with legal requirements in cooperation with other departments. You analyse regulatory requirements and develop suitable measures in coordination with the specialist departments to ensure compliance with the law. You monitor compliance with internal and external regulations, norms and standards. You also support subsidiaries with compliance-related issues.


Responsibilities:
You also support the team in the following areas:
• Legally compliant implementation of complex CSR regulations (e.g. LkSG, EUDR, PPWR, CSRD, CSDDD)
• Implementation of ESG clauses in supplier contracts as well as evaluation and monitoring of suppliers in the area of ESG
• Processing of reports from the internal and external whistleblower system


Your Profile:

• You have a degree in natural sciences, economics or law or a comparable qualification
• Ideally, you have already gained professional experience in the areas of compliance or law; Professional experience in the area of CSR/sustainability is also an advantage
• You have a strong sense of legal requirements, regulations and standards
• You have the ability to pragmatically integrate changing legal requirements into operational processes
• You are characterised by an independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
• You communicate confidently in German and English
• You are familiar with all common MS Office applications
• You have a high level of self-motivation, a strong hands-on mentality and an efficient way of working
• A cross-functional way of working is a matter of course for you
• You have flexibility, communication and teamwork skills and the enthusiasm to constantly learn new things.
