Description:
I am running the Frappe-based CRM (ERPNext) on my local server and need support setting up the email configuration so that it works reliably with Microsoft 365.

Currently, outgoing and incoming emails are not functioning as expected. I need an expert who understands both Frappe/ERPNext email integration and Microsoft 365 (Exchange/SMTP/IMAP/Graph API) to make this work smoothly. Most likely it’s a Microsoft issue.


Responsibilities:
• Review the current local server setup and Frappe email configuration
• Configure outgoing and incoming mail using Microsoft 365
• Ensure compatibility with security protocols (TLS, OAuth2 if needed)
• Troubleshoot and resolve authentication or connection issues
• Provide clear documentation of the working setup


Requirements:
• Proven experience with Frappe/ERPNext CRM email setup
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 email systems (SMTP, IMAP, OAuth2, Exchange)
• Familiarity with local server environments (Linux, Nginx/Apache, etc.)
• Ability to troubleshoot authentication, firewall, or DNS issues (SPF, DKIM, DMARC a plus)
• Good communication skills and ability to explain the solution clearly


Deliverable:
A fully working and tested email integration between Frappe CRM on my local server and Microsoft 365, with documentation for future reference.
