Job Title: Shopify & Brevo Integration Expert


We are looking for an expert who can help us connect our Shopify store with Brevo to send automated transactional emails based on shipping status updates.


Goal:
When an order is placed and fulfilled in Shopify, our customers should automatically receive 5–7 branded email updates (via Brevo) about their order and shipment status.


Requirements:
• Experience with Shopify and Brevo integrations
• Knowledge of shipping/tracking apps (e.g. Aftership, Parcel Panel, Track123) to capture DHL/UPS/other carrier events
• Ability to set up automated email flows in Brevo triggered by shipping events:
  • Order confirmation
  • Order packed
  • Shipped – tracking link included
  • Out for delivery
  • Delivered
  • Product usage tips (1–2 days later)
  • Optional upsell/reminder email
• Emails should be fully branded (we will provide design guidelines, logo, tone of voice).
• Ensure that tracking links are properly included in emails.


Deliverables:
• Full integration between Shopify, shipping app, and Brevo
• Setup of 5–7 transactional email templates in Brevo (we will provide text & visuals, you handle automation & technical flow)
