Construction Lead

Construction Lead - Germany, Berlin - 6-8 Weeks Contract
We are looking for an ambitiousConstruction Lead that will be representing and working on behalf of one of the fastest growth construction and engineering companies in Europe. Having developed a strong reputation in the Data Centre industry and already delivering projects for many of the well-known and established data centre owner and operators this is your opportunity to play a major part in the delivery of one of their projects in Berlin.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate final construction activities to ensure timely project completion
• Manage logistics, site access, and personnel scheduling
• Oversee quality, safety, and compliance during final build works
• Direct the demobilisation process, including equipment removal and site handover
• Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to close out packages

Requirements:

• Experience as a Site or Construction Lead on large-scale projects (data centre experience ideal)
• Strong organisational and leadership skills for managing crews and multiple work fronts
• Understanding of construction close-out processes and demobilisation procedures
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders under tight deadlines
• Previous European project or rotation experience preferred
