Construction Manager with Environmental Focus (m / w / d)

Your Responsibilities

As a Construction Manager with an environmental focus (m / w / d), you will oversee complex overhead line projects from initial planning stages through to commissioning. Your role includes managing construction workflows while maintaining strict adherence to ecological standards and legal requirements related to nature and species protection. You will ensure seamless coordination among all stakeholders to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

• Lead and manage overhead line construction projects from conception to completion
• Develop, monitor, and adjust construction and scheduling plans with environmental considerations
• Prepare and update work calculations to support decision-making processes
• Assist in the preparation and execution of procurement for planning and construction services
• Coordinate planners, contractors, and internal departments throughout all project phases
• Implement and monitor compliance with environmental protection regulations during construction

Your Profile

• Degree in Forestry, Landscape Ecology, Environmental Planning, Civil or Construction Engineering, or equivalent qualification
• Strong expertise in nature conservation laws and environmental planning
• Several years of professional experience in the construction or energy sector preferred
• Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with SAP is an advantage
• Willingness to travel extensively (rotational assignments) and valid Class B driving license
