What Youll Do

• Lead the delivery of projects across all phases—pre- and post-contract
• Manage scope, timelines, and budgets while ensuring top-tier quality
• Coordinate market testing and procurement activities
• Collaborate with internal teams to prepare tenders, risk logs, reports, and cost forecasts
• Uphold best practices in environmental, health, safety, and quality standards
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding complex refurbishments and repositioning strategies

What You Bring

• Degree in Project Management, Construction, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 6 years experience in the construction or real estate sector
• Progress toward Chartered status preferred
• Experience with refurbishment or residential development projects
• Proactive mindset with strong organizational and communication skills
• Fluent in English; German proficiency is a plus
