Construction Site Manager

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Construction Site Manager & Coordinator to oversee site operations, manage external companies, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. The role involves both leadership and hands-on tasks in assembly and logistics.

Multiple positions available in the following locations:

Crailsheim

Key Responsibilities:

Site Management : Oversee construction site operations, coordinate external companies, issue instructions, and ensure compliance with DGUV Regulation 1 and occupational health and safety standards.
Assembly Work : Participate in and oversee assembly work to ensure specifications and safety standards are met.
Logistics : Manage unloading, receiving, preparation, and shipping of goods.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Basic knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Electrical qualification (e.g., EFK), first aid, and fire protection assistant training.
Driving license (minimum car class B/3).
Experience as a safety officer and site manager, especially on Netze BW sites (Netze BW BL training).
Experience with high/medium-voltage switchgear and cable assembly.
High flexibility and adaptability.
