Construction Specialist - Germany - 18 Months Contract

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading global pharmaceutical client based in the surroundings of Germany. Due to a large capital investment and multiple projects on site, the client is looking for a Construction Specialist - Building Management Systems to join their team.

Responsibilities Include:

Lead and manage the installation, configuration, and testing of BMS systems, including:

HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) control systems
Lighting control systems
Security systems (access control, CCTV)
Fire alarm and suppression systems
Building automation systems

Possible oversight of the integration of IT infrastructure, including:

Network cabling and connectivity
Server and workstation installations
Data center setup and maintenance
Cybersecurity measures

Monitor progress against the project timeline and proactively address any potential delays or challenges.
Ensure adherence to all safety regulations, quality standards, and industry best practices.
Coordinate with BMS vendors, IT contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
Prepare and submit progress reports to management.
