YOUR ROLE

• Shape change: Support agile transformation processes as a SAFe expert in exciting projects and promote continuous improvements to guide our clients towards an agile and future-oriented direction.
• Advise and support: Collaborate with leading companies across various industries to meet their individual requirements and develop tailored solutions. Use your expertise to implement the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), build agile teams and structures, optimize value flow, and enhance effectiveness in software development and product innovation.
• Implement and optimize: Apply agile practices and processes in complex projects to foster team collaboration and shorten time-to-market for innovative products.
• Train and coach: Convey agile knowledge to employees and leaders, embedding agile principles through training and coaching.
• Remove impediments: Identify challenges and bottlenecks in agile processes and develop/support the implementation of solutions.
• Focus on improvements: Monitor the success of agile initiatives to drive continuous improvements and ensure sustainable change.

YOUR PROFILE

• Solid knowledge: You hold a degree in computer science, business informatics, vehicle technology, mechanical engineering, or a comparable qualification, with solid knowledge of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and its application, lean-agile principles, DevOps, and Continuous Delivery, and experience with agile project management tools and ALM software (e.g., Jira, Rally, VersionOne, Codebeamer).
• SAFe experience: Proven experience as a SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC), Release Train Engineer (RTE), or similar roles, as well as experience as an Agile Coach or Scrum Master, is advantageous.
• Customer orientation: Excellent communication skills in conveying complex technical concepts clearly and building trusting relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Flexible team player: High adaptability and the ability to work effectively with interdisciplinary teams.
• Language skills: Very good German and good English skills.
