What you will do :

Create Impact for our Clients: Alongside your colleagues you will help identify information sources, gather and interpret data, execute analyses, and present findings to team members and client stakeholders.
Grow & Take Responsibility: Develop your analytical, interpersonal, critical thinking, technology, and business management skills from day one while taking on increasing responsibilities.
Be a Trusted Cybersecurity Professional:

Analyze the cybersecurity structures and maturity of our clients.
Contribute to the conception, design, and implementation of cybersecurity solutions.
Help establish risk and compliance processes and develop policy frameworks.

Develop Long-Term Strategies: Actively participate in creating opportunities for new client projects by developing long-term cybersecurity strategies.
Help Others Grow: Engage in mentoring and support colleagues in their professional development.

Your Profile

Educational Background: A degree in an IT or analytical field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Engineering) from a leading university with an exceptional track record.
Professional Experience: At least 1 year of relevant full-time experience in Cybersecurity consulting or a B2B Cybersecurity environment. Previous work experience gained in a high-paced environment such as a top (VC-backed) start-up, strategy consultancy, investment bank/venture capital/private equity is a plus.
Cybersecurity Expertise: Ideally, you hold certifications in relevant Cybersecurity standards (e.g., Security+, CySA+, ISO 27001, CISSP, CCSP, CISM). Knowledge of BaFin BAIT/VAIT regulations is a plus.
Entrepreneurial Spirit: Proactive attitude with a willingness to take ownership, and you prefer to ask for forgiveness rather than permission.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as interpersonal skills; fluency in both German and English is required.
