What your day will look like :

In this position, you will assume full responsibility for HR in the European operations. Your duties will include:

1. Developing and implementing human resource policies for the company’s employees.
2. Creating and executing effective onboarding plans.
3. Developing training and development programs.
4. Supporting management with disciplinary and grievance issues.
5. Providing counseling on policies and procedures.
6. Conducting accurate and constructive performance assessments of employees.
7. Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
8. Maintaining organized records and files of all employees.
9. Assisting the operations manager in motivating and supporting staff.
10. Monitoring key business metrics for regulatory compliance, digital marketing, and business profitability.
11. Implementing worker training, and handling dismissals in accordance with company policies.
12. Organizing team-building activities, workshops, and events to foster strong relationships among employees.
13. Promoting the use of technology to streamline HR processes, improve efficiency, and enhance the employee experience.

Requirements

About you :

2. Patience and ability to manage employees with diverse personalities.
3. Outstanding organizational and time-management skills.
4. Deep knowledge of HR management systems and recruitment guidelines.
5. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with multitasking capabilities.
7. Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, psychology, or related fields.
8. At least 8 years of relevant work experience.
9. Certification as a Human Resource Management Professional.
