I'm supporting a fast-growing, innovation-driven client in the Microsoft space who's looking to expand their AI consulting team. If you're passionate about AI and Microsoft technologies, and you enjoy working closely with clients to bring real-world use cases to life – this could be your next move.

What the Role Involves:

• Client-facing consulting: Understand business needs and guide organisations on how to unlock value using Microsoft AI technologies.
• Solution design: Develop practical use cases using tools like Power Platform, Azure AI, Microsoft Copilot, and others.
• Project delivery: Drive projects from concept and prototype through to rollout – hands-on and collaboratively.
• Trend scouting: Keep up with the evolving Microsoft AI landscape and bring fresh insights into projects.
• Enablement & knowledge sharing: Deliver training, demos, and advisory sessions to empower clients and teams alike.

What They’re Looking For:

• Microsoft tech background: experience with Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Azure AI Services or similar.
• Interest in AI: Whether you're already experienced in AI or eager to deepen your skills – curiosity is key.
• Great communicator: Able to translate complex technical concepts into clear, client-friendly language.
• Structured & analytical: Capable of quickly grasping business processes and identifying impactful AI opportunities.
• Self-driven & proactive: Someone who thrives in a flexible, autonomous environment.
• Collaborative mindset: A team player who shares knowledge, drives innovation, and contributes to a strong team culture.
