UNITY AG offers opportunities across multiple locations including Berlin, Frankfurt a. M., Hamburg, Paderborn, Stuttgart, Braunschweig, Köln, München, Nürnberg, and remote options. We are looking for professionals with experience in architecture management, cloud structures, GreenIT, AI, and other Future IT topics.

What you will do:

• Lead IT strategy and transformation projects, shaping future IT landscapes with smart architecture, cloud, GreenIT, AI, etc.
• Advise CIOs, IT directors, and managers from strategy through execution of comprehensive Future IT projects.
• Develop IT strategies, transformation concepts, and organizational structures considering the people involved.

What you bring:

Extensive knowledge in Future IT topics such as architecture management, cloud, GreenIT, and AI, acquired through:

Must-have:

• Experience in analyzing and optimizing processes related to digitization, automation, and system integration (ERP, MES, CRM).
• Degree in (business) informatics or a related technical or business field.
• Interest in both process/organizational and technological aspects of digitalization.

Senior level: Several years of practical experience in planning, designing, and orchestrating enterprise architectures at various levels.

Nice-to-have:

• Certifications in IT management and governance such as TOGAF, ITIL, COBIT.

Additional skills for success at UNITY include excellent communication skills in German (C1) and English (B2+), analytical problem-solving, customer orientation, teamwork, curiosity, and entrepreneurial spirit.
