About the Role

We are supporting a specialist advisory firm at the forefront of digital finance, identity systems, and modern payments . The company works with financial institutions, public bodies, and technology providers to design and implement solutions shaping the next generation of financial infrastructure.

As part of their growth, they are seeking Consultants and Managers who combine strategic thinking with hands‑on industry expertise across areas like payments transformation , digital identity frameworks , and digital asset innovation .

Responsibilities

Deliver and oversee client engagements related to digital payments, identity, and currency innovation.
Conduct strategic analyses, design operating models, and support go‑to‑market planning for new digital financial solutions.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to bridge business requirements and technological capabilities.
Build trusted client relationships and contribute to business development initiatives.
Produce high‑quality reports, insights, and presentations for senior decision‑makers.

Desired Background

Professional experience within management consulting , financial technology , or corporate innovation .
Exposure to financial infrastructure, digital transformation , or regulatory technology projects .
Understanding of at least one of the following domains:
Modern payments ecosystems (e.g. instant payments, card schemes, open banking).
Digital identity or trust services (e.g. electronic ID frameworks, authentication technologies).
Innovation in financial assets and money (e.g. tokenised deposits, blockchain applications, central bank initiatives).
Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Comfortable working in dynamic, cross‑border environments.
Fluent English required; additional European languages are a plus
