Advising on and managing complex infrastructure projects in the energy sector with a focus on route planning and construction coordinationSupporting approval processes in compliance with all technical and regulatory requirementsCollaboration with service providers and other project teamsImplementing and monitoring quality standards and processes to ensure compliance with all technical and safety specificationsPreparing tender and contract documents and participating in bidder discussionsActively managing the project to achieve cost, time, and quality targets and identifying measures to accelerate and minimize risksConducting negotiations with service providers and authorities, as well as maintaining continuous communication with project stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution

Requirements
