Your Role

• Implementation and customization: Configure and extend Salesforce applications according to client requirements and integrate them with other systems.
• Support and maintenance: Provide technical support, handle inquiries, and perform maintenance to optimize systems.
• Training and support: Conduct end-user training and assist in creating documentation and training materials.
• Monitoring and reporting: Monitor system performance using KPIs and generate reports on Salesforce solution efficiency.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal client teams and participate in regular meetings.

Your Profile

• Degree: You hold a university degree in computer science, business informatics, economics, or a comparable field.
• Salesforce experience: You have several years of experience as a consultant, developer, or junior architect on the Salesforce platform.
• Certificates: You possess Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, App Builder, or Platform Developer I, and are familiar with the Salesforce portfolio.
• Language skills: Very good German and good English skills.
