What you will do

1. Create Impact for our Clients: Help identify information sources, gather and interpret data, execute analyses, and present findings. Lead workstreams on initiatives like IT mergers, strategic transformations, and reorganizations.
2. Grow & Team Leadership: Develop your skills and lead project teams, providing guidance and mentorship.
3. Be a Trusted Cybersecurity Professional: Analyze cybersecurity structures, design and implement solutions, and establish risk and compliance frameworks.
4. Cross & Upselling: Identify opportunities for cross-selling and develop strong client relationships.
5. IP Development: Own key IP components, contribute to external-facing content, and support organizational development.

Your Profile

• Experience: 8+ years in Cybersecurity consulting or B2B Cybersecurity in the DACH/EU region, with experience in large-scale transformation projects in Insurance Cybersecurity.
• Education: Degree in IT or analytical fields from a leading university; diverse backgrounds are welcome.
• Cybersecurity Certifications: Security+, CySA+, ISO 27001, CISSP, CCSP, CISM; knowledge of BaFin BAIT/VAIT is a plus.
• Spirit & Skills: Proactive, ownership-driven, analytical, with excellent communication skills in German and English.
