We are now looking for a Content Creator (all genders) to join our Team in Munich .

What you can expect at lehof:

• Content Creation: Development of texts, images, videos, graphics, and animations for social media, websites, blogs, and other marketing channels.
• Planning and Implementation of Content Strategies: Creation of editorial plans that reflect the brand strategy and the interests of target audiences.
• Social Media Management: Management and maintenance of social media channels (e.g. Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok), including community management and interaction with the target audience.
• SEO Optimization: Creation of content that is both creative and SEO-optimized to increase the brand’s visibility in search engines.
• Creative Concept Development: Generation of creative ideas for campaigns, storytelling, and visual formats that resonate with the target audience.
• Content Analysis: Evaluation of published content performance, creation of reports, and optimization of content strategies based on insights.
• Collaboration with Other Departments: Close cooperation with marketing, design, and PR teams to ensure a consistent brand image across all channels.
• Trend Monitoring: Keeping up with current trends and developments in social media, content marketing, and digital marketing to create relevant and engaging content.

Requirements:

Experience in creating content for digital platforms (text, image, video)

Strong knowledge of social media platforms, including their features and trends

Understanding of SEO and ability to create SEO-optimized content

Creativity and a strong sense for visual design and storytelling

Experience with common design and video editing tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro)

Self-initiative and the ability to work independently and goal-oriented

Strong communication skills and team spirit

Ideally, experience in brand communication and digital marketing
