Position

Content Operations Manager – Scale and optimize the way we produce and distribute content. Own our AI-powered workflows for articles, videos, and community-driven content.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Run and improve AI content workflows (text and video) to produce high-quality content at scale.
• Design processes that balance automation with human review for clarity, accuracy, and brand tone.
• Coordinate tasks across writers, editors, and freelancers and ensure deadlines are met.
• Experiment with new AI and workflow tools, test them hands‑on, and roll out the best ones.
• Review and refine content outputs for clarity, consistency, and brand alignment.
• Partner with the Senior Operations Manager to align content production with strategic goals.
• Document workflows and build playbooks so processes can scale.
• Identify bottlenecks early and fix them before they become blockers.

What We’re Looking For

• 2–3 years of experience in Operations (Marketing, Content, or Growth Ops) in a B2B SaaS or startup environment.
• Strong interest in AI and automation, with hands‑on experience using AI tools and workflow platforms.
• Excellent written and spoken English; clarity and tone are essential.
• Proven ability to design and optimize repeatable processes.
• Comfortable working with structured data (Airtable or similar).
• Fast learner who loves experimenting with new tools and figuring out how they fit together.
• Organized and proactive; able to keep multiple projects moving at once.
• Bonus: experience coordinating freelancers or small teams.
