Bulgari (Deutschland) GmbH is searching for our office in Munich as of February 2026 Controller (f/m/d) full-time. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Controller to join our finance team and contribute to the strategic financial management of our organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant standards
• Preparation of annual budgets and rolling forecasts
• Develop and maintain comprehensive cost plans and calculations
• Monitor costs, evaluate financial performance, and identify areas for improvement
• Partner with cross-functional teams to implement planning initiatives and track progress
• Prepare insightful financial analyses and reports to support decision-making
• Lead local compliance and internal control matters
• Contribute to and potentially lead finance and administration projects

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in finance or equivalent from university or business school
• 3-5 years of experience in budgeting, finance, or controlling
• Expert proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel. Experience with Power BI, SAP, or Anaplan is a plus
• Excellent communication skills in English; German language skills are an advantage
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Proven ability to work collaboratively and drive results
• High level of reliability and integrity
• Proactive and self-directed work style
