This position has management responsibility for the day‑to‑day operation of a store such as hiring, training knowledgeable associates, inventory management, store compliance, and executing strategic merchandising initiatives.

You will be in charge of the daily operations of our store, with a focus on people, profits, and customer satisfaction. This includes:

• Leading Your Team : Hire, train, and mentor your employees to provide top‑notch service and maintain a positive work environment.
• Driving Business : Maximize sales and profits by analyzing data, managing inventory, and executing merchandising strategies.
• Ensuring Excellence : Oversee store operations, from cleanliness and organization to safety and compliance, making sure everything runs smoothly.
• Building Relationships : Foster great relationships with both your team and our customers, ensuring a professional, welcoming atmosphere.
