Wir suchen ab sofort eine/n Convention Sales Mitarbeitenden (w/m/d) für unsere Hotels in der Region Süd. In dieser Position führst du unser Veranstaltungssegment zum Erfolg – verwalte spannende Projekte und wachse mit uns!
Aufgaben:


• Mitverantwortlicher Verkauf im Gruppen- und Veranstaltungssegment sowie die Persönliche Betreuung und Sicherung des Folgegeschäfts
• Prüfung und Evaluierung des Gesamtbudgets des Kunden
• Erstellung von Verträgen und Gruppenreservierungen sowie Buchung in den hotelspezifischen PMS der jeweiligen Brands
• Account Pflege der zu betreuenden Bestandskunden
• Quotierung neuer Anfragen sowie Forecasting und Betreuung eigener Gruppen in den vorgesehenen Systemen
• Verkaufsabschluss und Übergabe an das Event Planning Team sowie Site Inspections vor Ort
• Vorbereitung von Group Block Meetings & Strategie Meetings
  
Das Bavaria Sales Office der Borealis Hotel Group betreut und bündelt das Sales & Marketing, das Revenue Management und die Reservierung für folgende Häuser im Münchner Raum:

• Munich Airport Marriott Hotel
• Courtyard by Marriott Munich - South
• Courtyard by Marriott Munich – Garching
• Science Congress Center Munich
• Stellaris Apartment Hotel
  
Qualifikationen & Skills

• Verkaufstalent und Hands-on-Mentalität
• Sichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
• Ein hohes Maß an Verantwortungs- und Qualitätsbewusstsein sowie Eigenmotivation
• Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität und Kreativität
• Strukturiert, Organisiert und entscheidungsfreudig
