Within our IT department, we are looking for a computer scientist, IT specialist or business IT specialist as Coordinator SAP for Material Management (MM) and (m/f/d) at our Cologne location with immediate effect.

Tasks

• You will support and develop our IT applications (especially SAP-MM, Simple System, Mobisys) around the processes in purchasing, materials management and warehouse logistics
• You will ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our IT landscape - both technically and professionally
• As the first point of contact for our users, you answer technical questions and document solutions in a structured manner
• With your commitment, you actively contribute to exciting projects and help shape future-proof solutions
• You analyze and evaluate existing IT solutions, develop them further and take responsibility for individual topic packages
  
• You work closely with colleagues and partners to support the implementation of new processes and technologies
• You ensure smooth collaboration through targeted management of our external IT service providers

Profile

• You have a degree in (business) informatics or a comparable qualification in the IT sector
• You have at least 5 years of experience in SAP MM application support
• You are very familiar with the relevant processes and their technical implementation in the SAP environment
• You like to think conceptually, act in a solution-oriented manner and impress with your creativity and team spirit
• You work in a structured, reliable and independent manner
• You understand business contexts and can translate them into IT solutions
• It is normal for you to question the status quo and you continuously strive for improvements - both in detail and in the big picture
• You show motivation, want to develop yourself further and are open to exchange with other experts
• You have a very good command of written and spoken German and a good command of English
• Ideally, you have experience with interface connections to SAP systems
• Knowledge of e-procurement solutions, ideally with Ivalua, is desirable
• Basic knowledge of the ABAP workbench is an advantage
• Ideally, you have already gained experience with agile project methods such as Scrum or Kanban

Why RheinEnergie

This position is remunerated at pay group 11 in accordance with the collective agreement for utility companies (TV-V). For a full-time position, this corresponds to a gross annual salary of around 67,000 - 88,000 euros (depending on professional experience and qualifications).
