Responsibilities

• Develop targeted, brand‑consistent copy for campaigns, products, and social media
• Optimize content data‑wise and pioneer new formats with measurable impact
• Translate brand values into a consistent, cross‑channel tone of voice
• Implement global brand and quality standards consistently across all copy
• Create scalable copy formats for different markets and contexts
• Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and agency teams
• Ensure consistent cross‑channel execution
• Support content alignment in interdisciplinary projects

Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in communication, journalism, linguistics, or a comparable field
• 2–3 years of copywriting experience, ideally in a brand‑oriented or agency environment
• Strong linguistic skills and experience with brand‑specific tone of voice
• Proficient in content‑management systems and digital tools
• Excellent German (C2) and English (C1+)
• Creative mindset and grasp of target groups and brand impact
• Structured, self‑responsible working style with accuracy
• Team player with strong communication, customer orientation, and openness to feedback
