What you can expect

We are looking for a
Corporate Best Practice Specialist(all genders welcome)
for our Advisory Team located in Lingen.

Your responsibilities:

Planning and execution of assigned companywide change projects
Supporting continuous improvement processes within the organization
Identification and presentation of companywide improvement potentials
Development and presentation of companywide decision proposals and solutions
Support transfer of improvement methods and/or tools to respective colleagues and teams

What you will bring

Completed studies in industrial engineering, business informatics, business administration or a comparable apprenticeship
Minimum of 3years work experience with ROSEN or in an industrial- or consulting company
Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to communicate with all levels of management and organization
Experience in project management and group moderation
Experience in the area of LEAN, Six Sigma and methodological skills desirable
Very good written and spoken English skills
Willing to travel (domestic, internationally)
Work independently, as well as within a team
