Corporate German Language Trainer (Work from home)

We are seeking engaging, energetic, and intelligent individuals from diverse backgrounds to help transform our clients' communication skills and enhance their competitiveness in today's dynamic business environment. Passion for teaching/training and the ability to bring excitement to the learning experience are essential.

As a trainer, you will conduct live online lessons for our clients, who are mainly business professionals and executives. You may teach a CEO, senior manager, scientist, doctor, lawyer, or other professional from highly specialized fields each day.

Responsibilities

1. Deliver live video training sessions to individual learners or groups.
2. Write lesson reports to document the content covered in each session.

Qualifications

1. College or Bachelor’s Degree required.
2. Minimum of 3 years of corporate experience and/or 1 year of teaching experience.
3. Excellent communication skills in German and English (both oral and written).
4. Willingness to teach via video classes.
5. Comfortable using online teaching platforms.
6. Quiet, dedicated workspace.
7. Fluency in additional languages is a plus.
8. Editing and proofreading skills are advantageous.
9. Energetic, pleasant, and engaging personality.
10. Open-minded and eager to learn.

1. Dedicated quiet workspace.

3. Noise-cancelling headset with microphone.
4. Webcam (internal or external).
5. PC: Windows 10 or higher; Mac: Monterey, Ventura, or Sonoma.
6. Processor: Intel Core i5 12th gen or i7 11th gen (or equivalent) and above.
7. Mac: MacBook Pro with M1 chip or MacBook Air with M1 chip.
8. 8 GB RAM or higher.
9. 20 GB free disk space.
10. High-speed internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps download and upload).
