Role Overview

Position: Lawyer – Part-Time, Remote
Commitment: 10–20 hours per week for 2–3 weeks
Support new Swiss dataset projects by compiling legal and financial documents for AI systems.

Responsibilities

• Collect and organize publicly available legal and financial documents based on project guidelines.
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and clarity of all compiled materials.
• Follow structured documentation processes to meet defined quality standards.
• Verify sources and ensure all data is obtained from public, verifiable platforms.
• Collaborate asynchronously with the project manager and meet all deadlines.

Requirements / Qualifications

Must-Have Qualifications

• 2-3 years of active practicing experience in your domain in your geography.
• Prior experience in litigation or in corporate/transactional work.
• Familiarity with Swiss legal and regulatory document sources.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow structured documentation requirements.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality work on short timelines.

Part-time, project-based work
Duration: 2–3 weeks
Engagement: 10–20 hours per week
100% remote and asynchronous
Competitive hourly rate of $120–$180 USD, based on experience and domain relevance
