What you'll do

• You are responsible for implementing global maintenance programmes, ensuring processes, tools and standards are consistent across all sites.
• Acting as a trusted advisor, you provide daily support on the usage of SAP-PM and mobile SAP-PM, while identifying and addressing training needs.
• Leading innovative digitalisation projects such as IoT sensor integration and predictive maintenance solutions to enhance operational excellence.
• Promote compliance with health, safety and environmental policies, champion safe working practices and maintain high housekeeping standards.
• Play a key role in standardising maintenance processes to enable performance measurement and continuous improvement, ensuring the smooth running of operations.

Who you are

• You possess a degree in Industrial Engineering or a related subject and have several years\' experience working in a factory, ideally in a managerial role.
• Proficiency in SAP-PM and maintenance reliability methods such as FMECA and RCA.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance safety practices, including LOTO and contractor management, ensuring compliance and safety excellence.
• A proactive mindset and exceptional planning skills to lead change and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Fluency in English; open to learning additional languages such as French or German; willingness to travel up to 50% to foster collaboration and global alignment.
