Position: Sales Manager / Coffee Trader

Location: Remote (Home Office) – Based in Bremen or Hamburg area, Germany

Language: Fluent English required

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Manager / Coffee Trader with solid experience in the green coffee trade to join our commercial team. This is a home office position, with regular client visits and occasional travel. The candidate must be based in the Bremen or Hamburg region.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and grow the B2B client portfolio in the green coffee sector;
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in Europe and other strategic regions;
• Conduct regular client visits and represent the company at trade fairs and industry events;
• Negotiate coffee purchase and sales contracts and develop effective sales strategies;
• Work closely with logistics, quality control, and back-office teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Requirements:
• Proven experience in international green coffee trading (minimum 3 years);
• Fluent English, both written and spoken (German or other languages are a plus);
• Residence in or near Bremen or Hamburg;
• Valid German Category B driving license;
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
