We are currently recruiting for the position of Country Sales Manager.

Proove is a young and ambitious Chinese brand founded in 2020, rapidly developing in the mobile accessories and gadgets market. Thanks to its innovative approach and high-quality products, Proove has gained the trust of global retailers and users.

● It offers more than 600 unique products;

● Participated in major exhibitions like Global Sources Consumer Electronics in Hong Kong and IFA Berlin; plans for more exhibitions in 2025;

● Collaborates with top factories in China, global retailers, and distributors.

Proove Gaming, a sub-brand, offers gaming accessories from mats to keyboards and peripherals. It debuted at major exhibitions in Hong Kong in autumn.

We currently have successful sales managers in countries including Poland, Georgia, Spain, Germany, Portugal, Italy, Switzerland, the Netherlands, Romania, Bulgaria, the Baltic States, France, Belgium, and the Czech Republic.

Expected Results:

  • Increase in sales volume
  • Development of client relations

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Active search and attraction of new clients
  • Analyzing client needs and developing proposals
  • Negotiating with clients and partners
  • Concluding contracts and supporting transactions
  • Ensuring high customer service levels
  • Monitoring market situation and analyzing competitors
  • Fulfilling sales plans and reporting results

Expected Competences:

  • At least 3 years' experience in B2C/B2B product categories: mobile phones, accessories, electronics, or similar
  • Experience in developing sales strategies
  • Experience in market analysis
  • Negotiation skills with business owners and senior executives
  • Proficiency in English and German, both written and spoken
