Country Market Leader – Germany (Right Management)
The Country Market Leader for Germany at Right Management is a strategic business leader responsible for driving profitable growth across the assigned market. This role oversees the country’s P&L, leads the sales and client experience strategy, and collaborates closely with internal stakeholders, including marketing, product, delivery, operations, and global sales teams. Additionally, the role partners with ManpowerGroup’s support functions, such as finance, legal, technology, and People & Culture, to ensure alignment and achieve both short-term financial targets and long-term sustainable growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading sales efforts within the German Key National Accounts (KNA) segment.
- Monetizing global contracts and localizing sales strategies.
- Managing the full sales funnel from lead generation to revenue realization.
- Enabling and optimizing sales team performance.
As the face of the business in Germany, this leader represents Right Management both internally and externally, operating within a highly matrixed global organization. Success in this role requires strong collaboration with international Right Management stakeholders, local ManpowerGroup entities, and global support teams.
This position reports directly to a member of the Global Leadership Team and will manage a team of 2–5 professionals focused on sales and client experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Proven experience in solution-based sales, ideally in outplacement services and/or related services like Transfer Company services, financial and tax advice, or coaching.
Strong project management skills and a track record of leading complex (sometimes global) initiatives.
Experience working in an international business environment.
Passion for building and growing a business, with a focus on client engagement and sales leadership, and a hands-on mentality

- Drive local business success by supporting and operationalizing strategic sales plans aimed at increasing revenue, gross profit, and market share in the assigned market.
- Ensure sustainable business growth through effective P&L management, balancing supply and demand, and managing operational efficiency in partnership with delivery functions.
- Focus on pipeline creation, progression, and realization to enable consistent sales performance and sustainable growth.
- Collaborate with Regional and global teams (marketing, solutions design, and others) to unlock market share growth, increase brand awareness, and optimize the monetization of products and services.
- Execute local business initiatives to advance growth and profitability, aligned with global and regional strategies.
Sales Leadership
- Cultivate relationships with key national clients, partners, and stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor and advocate at a strategic level.
- Owns and drives the sales engine, ensuring a well-defined and scalable sales strategy that accelerates revenue growth, seamlessly aligned with local delivery functions, maximizing monetization.
- Represents the organization in industry forums and events to enhance reputation, credibility, and market presence.
Executive Sponsorship and Client Advocacy
- Acts as a senior representative to key clients and prospects, fostering trust and long-term partnerships at the executive level.
- Leverages expertise and networks to unlock growth opportunities and expand strategic relationships
Market Expertise
- Understands local market trends, client needs, and competitive landscapes to influence business tactics and identify growth opportunities.

Required Experience & Skills
- Sales & Client Experience Leadership & Management (7+ years) within the staffing industry, preferably with outplacement/coaching
