The job

Join our team as a Coupa Consultant , where you’ll play a critical role in transforming our clients' spend management processes through the implementation and configuration of the Coupa Spend Management platform.

Your role

As a Coupa Consultant, you will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into effective Coupa solutions. This hands-on role requires a proactive and strategic mindset, where you’ll play a key role in driving implementations and workshops.

Key responsibilities include:

• Configuration & Implementation: Configure the Coupa platform to meet client-specific requirements, ensuring optimal use of features and functionalities.
• Workshop Leadership: Facilitate engaging workshops to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and design tailored solutions.
• Training & Support: Provide user training, conduct testing, and offer post-implementation support to ensure seamless transitions.
• Process Optimization: Advise clients on best practices and enhancements for their Source-to-Pay (S2P) and Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
• Collaboration: Work with internal teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality projects on time and within scope.

Is this you?

We are looking for an experienced professional with a proven track record in Coupa implementations and workshop facilitation. Ideal candidates will have:

Education:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business IT, Finance, or a related field.

Experience:

• 1-3 years in Coupa Spend Management platform configuration and implementation.
• 1-3 years consulting experience in the Source-to-Pay or Finance domain, preferably with Coupa or other leading platforms.
• Experience with international project environments is an advantage.

Skills:

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills in German and English (additional languages are a plus).
• A proactive, curious mindset with the ability to take initiative and thrive in a multicultural environment.
• Knowledge of S2P/P2P processes and Coupa functionalities, including sourcing, procurement, invoicing, and supplier management.
• Strong team player with a focus on client satisfaction and continuous improvement.
• Proven ability to lead workshops and engage with client stakeholders effectively.
