CQV Engineer

Job Title: CQV Engineer – Aseptic Filling Line

Location: South Germany

Role Overview
The CQV Engineer will be responsible for commissioning, qualification, and validation activities for an aseptic filling line in a sterile manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and interpret wiring diagrams and P&IDs.
• Conduct component walkdowns to verify installation against design documentation.
• Prepare and execute detailed CQV documentation, including DQ, IQ, OQ, and PQ.
• Ensure all work complies with GMP and aseptic processing requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and operations teams to meet project milestones.

Requirements

• Experience in sterile pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of wiring diagrams and P&IDs.
• Background in aseptic filling line commissioning and qualification.
• 3–5 years CQV experience.
