CQV Engineer

Role Overview

A leading company in the pharmaceutical industry is currently seeking a Commissioning, Qualification, and Validation (CQV) Engineer to join their new build facility in the Frankfurt area. This role offers a unique chance to be part of an innovative project, focusing on Utilities, Water for Injection (WFI), Cleanrooms, and Fill Finish processes. As the CQV Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the facility meets the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Key Duties And Responsibilities

Your duties as the CQV Engineer will be varied; however, the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:

• Oversee and execute commissioning, qualification, and validation activities for Utilities, WFI, Cleanrooms, and Fill Finish systems.
• Develop and review protocols, reports, and documentation to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of all systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the CQV process to maintain project timelines and quality standards.

Role Requirements

To be successful in your application to this exciting role as the CQV Engineer, we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:

• Relevant degree in a scientific or engineering discipline.
• Proven industry experience in commissioning, qualification, and validation within the pharmaceutical sector.
• A working knowledge and practical experience with Utilities, WFI, Cleanrooms, and Fill Finish processes.
