About Project Access

We’re Project Access, a global education charity on a mission to make opportunity match talent. We run large-scale mentoring programmes that connect underrepresented students with mentors at top universities, helping thousands of young people access life-changing education.




The Opportunity

We’ve just launched a full website rebrand (projectaccess.org ) and now want our Instagram to reflect the same modern, edtech-startup look (think Zero Gravity UK or The 93% Club). Social media is how many students discover us, so the right templates will directly help more young people find the support they need.




What We Need

We need a set of 10-12 reusable Canva Pro templates that our team can easily adapt for future posts. The templates should be clean, bold, and student-focused.

• 10-12 Canva Pro templates
• Consistent look aligned with our new website (colours, fonts, style)
• Templates for key use cases, including things like "Join Us / Recruitment Calls (mentors, fellows, mentees)", "New Partner Announcements", "Launches", etc.



Requirements

• Proven experience designing in Canva Pro (portfolio required)
• Ability to create modern, startup-style designs
• Deliver final templates as editable Canva projects
• Quick communication and collaborative style



Deliverables

• Canva Pro link with 10-12 editable templates
