Job Title: Creation of Furnished Office Floor Plans + 3D Visualizations


Project Description:
We are looking for an experienced freelancer to create approx. 15 furnished commercial office floor plans and high-quality 3D visualizations of selected areas inside those office spaces. The designs should include realistic workstation layouts, meeting rooms, and auxiliary spaces, all in a modern and professional style. We can provide more photos as a indication of what the design of the interior should look like, if required.


We Will Provide:

• A reference floor plan and sample 3D visualizations of our standard office design to ensure consistency in look and feel (see examples attached).


Scope of Work:

• 15 office floor plans (fully furnished with realistic layouts)
• Photorealistic 3D renderings for selected key areas (e.g., open space, meeting room, reception)
• Output in high-resolution formats (PNG/JPG + PDF)


Requirements:

• Strong experience in office layout design and interior visualization
• Use of professional tools (AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, V-Ray, or similar)
• Ability to match the style of the provided reference design
• Portfolio of similar work is required


Additional Details:

• Fixed package price for all 15 floor plans + agreed number of renderings is desired.
• Project start: asap
• Completion: asap - please let us know what you think how much time it will take to finish the project
• Must include feedback rounds to ensure consistency with our reference design
