Description:
We are looking for a creative ads strategist with a strong background in crafting ad concepts that convert into real results. This is for one of our clients, and the initial task is to create 12 ad ideas (concepts/scripts/visual directions) that are engaging, clear, and performance-driven.


Project Scope:
This role will run for 3 months and may be extended further if we see strong collaboration and results.


Responsibilities:

• Creative Concepts Development – ideate and structure 12 high-converting ad concepts.
• Script Writing for all Videos – hooks, storylines, and CTAs.
• Ensure all ideas are conversion-focused and aligned with social media ads best practices (Format 9:16 and 16:9)
• Adapt content for two markets:
  • Kuwait – mainly Arabic
  • UAE – mainly English
  👉 It’s a big plus if you speak Arabic and understand the regional market & culture.


Timeline:
⚡️ Urgent deadline – first batch of ad ideas must be delivered by Friday.
The full set of 12 ad concepts should be ready shortly after (early next week). Because we have to schedule a shooting asap


What we’re looking for in you:

• Strong portfolio of ads that performed well.
• Proven ability to create scroll-stopping, high-converting concepts.
• Experience with creatives for apps & hospitality
• Clear communication and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Bonus: Fluency in Arabic and/or experience with the GCC markets.
