Working Location: Düsseldorf, Germany

Contract Type: Leased Labor Contract (AUG)/ Outsource Contract (18 months)

Responsibilities

• Design Creation and video editing: Develop and produce high-quality graphic and video designs for digital channels (social media, websites, email marketing) and physical touchpoints (brochures, posters, etc.).
• Asset Preparation and Management: Coordinate with central creative hub to manage and prepare local product assets for social media campaigns, editorial content and videos, digital marketing initiatives and retail marketing campaigns.
• Creative content: Lead and manage products creative projects from concept through execution, ensuring all designs adhere to branding guidelines and maintain a cohesive visual identity.
• Collaboration: Work closely with team members to meet deadlines, communicate project statuses, and ensure alignment with overall marketing strategies.
• Research and Trends: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design to continuously enhance the quality and effectiveness of our visual communications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• 2 - 5 years marketing experience in the design industry or related fields.
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Full business proficiency both in spoken and written German and English.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects
• Ability to complete tasks independently and timely, good communication and collaboration skills.
