We are looking for a Creative Director

We are looking for a Creative Director to join our team and take ownership of producing high-converting ad creatives for our fashion dropshipping stores (women’s fashion, 30+). Your role will be to design and deliver creatives for product collections, ensuring they are visually appealing, trend-driven, and optimized for Meta Ads.



Responsibilities:
• Create engaging ad creatives (image & video) for product collections
• Ensure creatives match our target audience (women 30+) and brand aesthetic
• Work closely with our product research team (you’ll receive daily product lists + validation data)
• Develop new creative angles, hooks, and storytelling approaches
• Adapt creatives for multiple international markets (Spain, Italy, Greece, Germany, Australia)
• Deliver assets daily following our SOP and briefing system



Requirements:
• Proven experience in ad creative design for e-commerce/dropshipping
• Strong knowledge of fashion-focused advertising and Meta Ads best practices
• Ability to produce both static image and short-form video creatives
• Creativity in developing hooks that grab attention fast
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to deliver on a daily schedule
