I’m looking for a creative logo designer

to design a modern, memorable, and versatile logo for my new platform suboffice.



About Suboffice

Suboffice is a platform where companies can list and monetize their unused office spaces, and other companies can easily find and rent them. Think of it as Airbnb for offices – simple, flexible, and community-driven.



Design Direction (inspiration, not a must):
• A concept inspired by exchange and sharing – e.g. something similar to the reverse arrows on an UNO card.
• My current logo will be provided as a starting point/inspiration. Feel free to either refine it or bring in a fresh creative approach.
• Clean, modern typography with a professional yet friendly feel.
• Brand should reflect sharing, flexibility, and business trust.


Brand Colors (primary palette):
• #b16cea (purple) → for the landlord/offer side
• #6ceb9c (green) → for the tenant/search side
• Black / White as neutral base


Important – First Task

👉 In your proposal, please include a quick sketch or rough draft (hand-drawn or digital – simple is fine) showing how you would visualize the logo idea. I will choose the designer whose sketch convinces me most and then proceed with the full project.



What I need from you in your proposal:
• Your short sketch or concept draft for the logo.
• A brief description of your idea (max. 3–4 sentences).
• Links to 2–3 of your most relevant logo designs.
• Confirmation that you can deliver the final files in:
  • Vector format (.AI, .EPS)
  • High-res PNG/JPG


Requirements:
• Clean, modern, and versatile design (works in both color and black/white)
• Scalable for web, print, and social media use
• Delivery of multiple variations (horizontal, square, icon-only)
• Use of brand colors to reflect the two sides of the platform (landlord vs. tenant)
• Option for revisions based on feedback
