Logo Designer Job Description
I’m looking for a creative logo designer to finalize a modern, memorable, and versatile logo for my new platform suboffice.
Suboffice is a platform where companies can list and monetize their unused office spaces, while other companies can easily discover and rent them. Think of it as Airbnb for offices – simple, flexible, and community-driven.
Design Direction (clear starting point already defined):
My concept already sets the creative direction: a “superhero emblem” shape combined with two arrows, symbolizing sharing and exchange.
What I need from you is to refine and finalize the design – e.g. making sure the arrows are well-proportioned, balanced, and visually strong.
You’re free to suggest whether the design works best with or without shading and bring in details that make the logo look professional and polished.
Typography:
I currently use Glacial Indifference – I would like to keep this or use a very similar clean, modern typeface like dm sans
The brand should reflect sharing, flexibility, and trust in business.
Brand Colors (primary palette):

Requirements:
- Final design should be clean, modern, and versatile (works in both color and black/white)
- Scalable for web, print, and social media
- Delivery of multiple variations (horizontal, square, icon-only, favicon)
- Use of brand colors to reflect the two sides of the platform (landlord vs. tenant)
- Typography: Glacial Indifference (or a close alternative if necessary)
- Option for revisions based on feedback
