Role Overview:
We’re looking for a Meta Creative Strategist who’s obsessed with high-performing ad creatives, especially on Meta and TikTok. This is a remote, full-time role for someone who understands what makes people click, watch, and convert—and can lead the charge in developing winning creative strategies across paid social channels.
You’ll be working closely with media buyers, editors, and UGC creators to bring bold, trend-driven concepts to life, backed by data and a deep understanding of platform-native content.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Own the creative strategy for Meta ad campaigns
- Develop high-converting concepts, hooks, and scripts rooted in platform trends and performance data
- Monitor ad performance and iterate based on insights and learnings
- Analyze market trends, competitor creatives, and audience behavior to fuel new ideas
- Create clear, actionable briefs for UGC creators and oversee content production
- Collaborate with editors and designers to bring concepts to life
- Keep your finger on the pulse of what’s trending across Meta and TikTok
- Ensure brand consistency while experimenting with creative styles and formats
What We’re Looking For-
- Proven experience in performance-focused creative strategy for Meta and TikTok
- Deep understanding of platform trends, hooks, scroll-stoppers, and ad formats
- Ability to analyze creative data and translate it into actionable insights
- Strong grasp of the e-commerce funnel and how creative drives conversion
- Experience writing scripts, developing briefs, and directing UGC content
- Sharp eye for storytelling, pacing, and what makes content feel “native”
- Organized, self-motivated, and agile in a fast-paced environment
- Portfolio that shows clear performance impact (ROAS, CTR, thumb-stop rates, etc.)
