I’m looking for a skilled and creative video editor to produce engaging 10-minute YouTube videos in the psychology / self-development niche.




The right candidate will know how to match visuals to the voiceover/script — not just throw in random stock clips. The videos should be entertaining and engaging, using the right visuals, motion graphics, and animations where needed to keep viewers interested.

👉 Requirements
• Strong video editing skills with proven work samples in psychology, education, or self-development niches.
• Ability to match visuals to the script/voiceover precisely.
• Must understand Fair Use and how to avoid copyright issues.
• Ability to source licensed stock footage, images, and music (free or paid).
• Provide a list of sources/credits for all stock materials used.
• Experience with AI voiceover tools (preferably ElevenLabs).
• Creativity to make videos visually engaging with animations, transitions, and graphics, not just static stock clips.
• Attention to detail and willingness to revise until the video meets professional standards.


👉 Nice to Have
• Familiarity with stricter copyright laws in Europe (especially Germany).
• Experience editing specifically for YouTube audience retention.


👉 Compensation
• $50–$70 per completed 10-minute video (depending on quality and experience).
• Long-term cooperation possible if results are good.
• Payment is made only for high-quality videos that meet the requirements.

• Complete script for each video.
• Guidance and feedback to ensure videos match the desired style.

• You rely only on random stock videos without context.
