Credit & Collections Coordinator (m/f/d)

Job Overview

Manage all aspects of the credit & collection process within the applicable market.

Responsibilities

• Collect all due receivables in line with credit terms.
• Establish & maintain credit limits according to DII credit policy.
• Monitor and action daily all orders on credit hold.
• Achieve monthly KPI targets including cash collection efficiency & DSO.
• Ensure compliance with all Credit Policy requirements.
• Support the establishment of new credit accounts for Doosan business units.
• Report receivables monthly.
• Assist the AR department with cash application.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or equivalent.
• 2-5 years of experience in B2B credit & collections.
• Understanding of basic accounting practices.
• Experience with modern ERP systems.
• Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office.
• Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a flexible approach.
• Ability to host customer visits.
