What this role is really about

• Taking full responsibility for sales, marketing, and partnerships
• Closing deals yourself while building the systems to scale
• Working closely with the founder to align product, growth, and messaging
• Introducing metrics, dashboards, and process where needed — and ignoring them where not
• Hiring and leading a team once you’ve proven where to double down
• Bringing energy, direction, and momentum to the business
• Helping turn vision into real revenue and traction — fast

• Have scaled a B2B SaaS product — and want to do it again
