Job Description

This is a very dynamic and demanding role where you will organise the job of the guides, prepare activities schedule, coordinate with crew and office and host our passengers. The position is full-time and seasonal, starting in November/December and ending in March/April, depending on the agreement. You will need to pass a medical examination for seafarer’s job.

Your Duties Include

• Organise cruise schedule and guides daily duties
• Coordinate and assist the check-in – transfer – boarding process and ensure it is made safely and efficiently
• Be in charge of all staff on board, including the restaurant staff and help with daily problems
• Hosting VIP customers. Promoting sales both onboard and onshore.
• Directly supervising safety and correct schedule during the ice-floating activity
• Be in charge of evacuation procedures

We Expect From You

• Fluent English (other language skills are an advantage).
• Experience in vessels or/and tourism industry
• A cheerful, positive character with excellent interpersonal skills.
• A team player and able to work under pressure
• Practical, hardworking approach to the workplace.
