Overview

Customer Master Data Specialist - DACH Region at EssilorLuxottica. This role focuses on maintaining and optimizing Customer Master Data (CMD) for Austria and Germany, and supporting SAP implementation across other DACH entities. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and alignment with business processes to contribute to customer satisfaction, financial accuracy, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

Maintain and manage Customer Master Data in SAP for AT and DE markets.

Support the rollout and implementation of SAP CMD processes in other DACH entities.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and alignment with business needs.

Act as a key liaison between Sales Operations and IT, Finance, GBS, Sales, Marketing, and Corporate.

Ensure CMD supports accurate reporting, financial transactions, and customer service excellence.

Monitor and improve CMD processes to align with evolving business structures in Germany, the DACH region and corporate guidelines.

Utilize Excel and MS Office tools for data analysis, reporting, and documentation.

Qualifications

Proven experience in Customer Master Data management, preferably in a multinational or matrix organization.

Solid understanding of business structures and regulatory requirements in Germany.

Hands-on experience with SAP CMD modules.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office Suite.

Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
