Job Title: Customer Service and Sales Representative
We are looking for motivated professionals to join our customer service and sales team for a growing international ballet & fitness chain.


Important Note:
👉 Important: This role involves working exclusively with warm leads – absolutely no cold calling. Our clients are from the upper middle segment, which makes conversations professional and rewarding.


Compensation & Career Path:

• Start with a 2-week commission-only test phase.


• After that, you can either:
  • Continue commission-only (high earnings potential), or
  
  
  • Transition into an hourly contract based on your performance.


• Commission: €20–€50 per closed contract.


• Top performers can earn up to €5,000 per month.


• This position can evolve into a full-time contract for the right candidate.


Requirements:

• Excellent German skills (minimum B2) are a must.


• Strong background in customer service and/or sales.


• Results-driven, reliable, and professional communication style.
